On my level of excitement for teaching… I think teaching is an incredible way to have an impact on so many people and in ways that you never realized. You touch so many lives and perhaps help people to accomplish great things and stimulate them to push themselves to further their life goals. As an instructor I’m challenged as well, as each year there are different students with new and different perspectives; and new and challenging questions.

Welcome to the Spaceport Extended Studies site.

Over six in-demand graduate-level programs are offered at either of Spaceport's two locations — Kennedy Space Center or Rockledge. Each location provides individuals an excellent opportunity for conveniently continuing their education as part-time students to improve their professional and technical competence while enhancing their career development and progression.

Graduates of the Spaceport site include directors of information technology, NASA astronauts, high-ranking military officials, NASA program directors and executives from some of the nation's largest employers.

Programs offered at Florida Tech’s Spaceport location in Rockledge include master's of science degrees in computer information systems, computer science, software engineering, space systems and space systems management.
